MBBS course duration is almost similar to India except in some countries:

- Bangladesh, Nepal: 5 years MBBS course + 1-year Internship. Students can do internships either in that country or in India.
- Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan: 5 years MBBS course plus 1-year Internship. Even if you do an Internship in that country, still you have to do One-Year compulsory internship in any Indian Medical College.
- Russia, Belarus, Georgia: 5 years and 8 months MBBS course. After that 1-year compulsory Internship in India.
- Ukraine: 5 years and 8 months MBBS + number of Years taken for passing KROK exam. After that 1-year compulsory Internship in India.
- Philippines: 2 years Pre-Medical + number of Years taken for passing NMAT exam + 4.5 Years Medical in Philippines (some Universities). After that 1-year compulsory Internship in India.
- Central America: 2 years Pre-Medical + 4 Years Medical in that country. After that 1-year compulsory Internship in India.
As of February 2022, the 4-years MBBS course of Philippines and Central America is not valid in India.
MBBS course duration and Internship system of China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Nepal are the same as in India.
Competitive Entrance not test required to Study MBBS in Abroad.
Students won't have to qualify for any competitive Entrance exam to take admission in MBBS in Abroad. But, you need to qualify NEET and secure good marks in the Class 12 board exam. No need to clear any other examination like IELTS and TOEFL.
National Exit Test
At present, the National Exit Test is the Licensing exam in India. All Indian students, either studying in India or abroad, must pass this test to get the Indian Registration number.
After the introduction of the National Exit Test, there is no difference between a student studying in India or a student studying abroad.

Xi'an Jiaotong Medical University Has a place .All the medical subjects in XJTU are taught in English medium.
