Type 1: Student Apartments at Bolshoi Ural

Various room formats available @3500 RUB to 5000 RUB per head per month: (Kindly note that room rate may change depending on demand and various other factors)

• 2-bed room in a block of 3 rooms (4 people)
• Room for 1 person in a block of 3 rooms (4 people)
• 2-bed room with private shower and toilet
• 4-bed room with private shower and toilet.
• 3-bed room with shower and toilet.
• Additional Conditions: Insurance deposit (50% of monthly fee).

Type 2: Automatiki Road, Building - Corridor Type

4-sharing room: 2500 RUB to 3500 RUB per head per month.

Additional Conditions: Insurance deposit 50% of the monthly room rent.

Type 3: Marshala Zhukova Two-Storied Building near Passage Shopping Center

• 2-bed room: 7000 RUB to 10000 RUB per head per month.

Type 4: Crystal Hotel - Affordable Accommodation for Students for short-term requirement.

• Equipped like a student dormitory.
• Cost: From 270-320 rubles/person/day (service includes 24/7 accommodation, weekly linen change, and daily cleaning of common areas).
• Facilities: Free Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, laundry, dining room with affordable meals.
