Founded in 1814, KSMU has evolved into the third oldest medical university in Russia, following Moscow and St. Petersburg. • Bed sheets and blankets are provided by the hostel, and residents are encouraged to exchange them regularly in the provided laundry room.

• Limited seats available on 1st come 1st serve basis in the fully furnished Private Indian Hostel in Kazan State Medical University @ 36000 Rubles per year.

Off-campus apartments in Kazan:

• The rent of an apartment depends on the location, size, and condition of the apartment. Apartments are usually offered for rent with furniture and basic household appliances like refrigerators, TV, telephone. The current monthly rent starts at 12,000 Rubles for one-room apartments and 15,000 Rubles for two-room apartments. Electricity, Gas, and water bills are extra.

Home-Family stay in Kazan:

There is a massive shortage of hostel rooms in KSMU. Students will get hostel rooms based on 1st come 1st served.
