The entire 7 acres campus of President Abdul Hamid Medical College is built up to provide state of the art medical education facility. In this residential medical college, all students live on the campus with excellent dorm and dining facilities. A most modern 250-bed teaching hospital is within the same campus. The college is in a rural place away from major urban areas, helps students focus on their studies without any distraction from urban life. The campus is about 5 kilometers outskirts of the regional town of Kishoreganj.
The library of President Abdul Hamid Medical College has a total floor area of 4000 sqft with a seating capacity for 200 students. There are also separate study rooms for male and female students. At present, the library has a collection of over 2500 reference books. The library of PAHMC subscribes to the HINNERI program of the World Health Care Organization (WHO), which allows students to access online over 20,000 books and journals through the KOHA system. The library also has a teacher's lounge, reading and group discussion areas, photocopy facilities, computer section, and free WIFI for the students.
The Hospital of President Abdul Hamid Medical College commenced from 2014. Presently it has 250 beds and is managed by a non-profitable organization, Abdul Halim Khan Foundation. Since its inception, the hospital has provided free medical treatment to hundreds of patients for cataract, cleft-lip &palate, vaginal prolapsed, and club-foot. PAHMC hospital offers benefits to the underprivileged people of Karimganj, Haor area of Mithamoin and Itna, Netrokona, Sunamganj, and Hobiganj.

At present, nearly 95 students from India and Nepal study MBBS at PAHMC. Out of them, 84 are from India only.

The entire MBBS course is taught in the English medium in PAHMC. If any international student can speak and understand a little bit Bengali, then it will be an added advantage to that student.
PAHMC has separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls inside the campus. The Hostel rooms have all modern amenities.
