The library of President Abdul Hamid Medical College has a total floor area of 4000 sqft with a seating capacity for 200 students. There are also separate study rooms for male and female students. The library of PAHMC subscribes to the HINNERI program of the World Health Care Organization (WHO), which allows students to access online over 20,000 books and journals through the KOHA system. The Hospital of President Abdul Hamid Medical College commenced from 2014. Presently it has 250 beds and is managed by a non-profitable organization, Abdul Halim Khan Foundation. Since its inception, the hospital has provided free medical treatment to hundreds of patients for cataract, cleft-lip &palate, vaginal prolapsed, and club-foot.
